- Authoring repo: `author inspect`, `author dev`, `author build`, `author stale`, `publish validate`
- Consumer repo: `npm install`, `skills list`, `skills enable`, `skills disable`, `skills status`
- Compiler/runtime refresh: `author build`, `author materialize`
- If sources live under `domains/.../knowledge/*.md`, run authored commands from that repo root
