**Epic:** Foundational Infrastructure & Core Services

**Title:** Develop Core Task Management API

**As a** developer,
**I want** a set of REST API endpoints for managing tasks,
**So that** the frontend application can create, read, update, and delete tasks.

**Acceptance Criteria:**

- [ ] `POST /projects/{projectId}/tasks` creates a new task.
- [ ] `GET /projects/{projectId}/tasks` returns a list of tasks for a project.
- [ ] `GET /tasks/{taskId}` returns a single task by its ID.
- [ ] `PUT /tasks/{taskId}` updates an existing task.
- [ ] All endpoints are validated against the OpenAPI specification.
