AI-generated questions are automatically saved to a local JSON file (ai-questions-cache.json) in your project directory. This file can be manually edited to add your own questions and serves as a backup when AI providers are unavailable.

File Location: ai-questions-cache.json (in the app directory)
Manual Editing: Follow the format shown in the file's instructions section.
