# @cumulus/deployment

@cumulus/deployment includes cloudformation templates needed for a successful deployment of a Cumulus Instance. The templates can be used with [kes](https://github.com/developmentseed/kes), a node CLI helper for AWS CloudFormation.

Cumulus is a cloud-based data ingest, archive, distribution and management prototype for NASA's future Earth science data streams.
