# Proprietary Software License Agreement

By installing, copying, or using this software (the “Software”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant
   You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software as-is for personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions
   You may not:

Copy, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the Software or any part of its code.

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software itself.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

Circumvent any licensing, verification, or access controls implemented in the Software.

3. Code Generation
   The Software may generate code or other output as part of its intended functionality (“Generated Output”). You may use, modify, and distribute the Generated Output freely, provided you do not modify or reverse engineer the Software to alter the way the output is generated.

4. Ownership
   The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including its source code and intellectual property, remain with dream engineering, ltd. Ownership of the Generated Output belongs to the user, subject to Section 3.

5. No Warranty
   The Software is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. dream engineering, ltd disclaims all liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the Software.

6. Termination
   This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue use and destroy all copies of the Software.
