## Important: This SDK is Licensed Under an Enterprise Agreement

The LegacyChain SDK is no longer available under the MIT license. It is now distributed under the **LegacyChain SDK Enterprise License Agreement**.

### What This Means for You

1. **Free Tier Available**: You can still use the SDK for free with limited API requests (10 req/min)
2. **Paid Plans Required for Production**: Production usage requires a paid plan
3. **No Redistribution**: The SDK cannot be redistributed or resold
4. **Commercial Use Restrictions**: Review the LICENSE file for full terms

   - Receive upgraded API key instantly

3. **Enterprise** (Custom Terms):
   - Contact enterprise@legacychain.net
   - Discuss your requirements
   - Get custom pricing and SLA

### Key Restrictions

- ❌ Cannot modify or create derivative works without permission
- ❌ Cannot use to compete with LegacyChain
- ❌ Cannot share API keys or credentials
- ❌ Cannot reverse engineer the SDK

### Need the Old MIT Version?

The last MIT-licensed version (v1.0.9) is still available:
