# Glue42 Web

The [**Glue42 Web**](https://core-docs.glue42.com/reference/core/latest/glue42%20web/index.html) library is used in a [**Glue42 Core**](https://core-docs.glue42.com/getting-started/what-is-glue42-core/index.html) project to connect the [Glue42 Client](https://core-docs.glue42.com/developers/core-concepts/glue42-client/overview/index.html) applications to the [Glue42 Environment](https://core-docs.glue42.com/developers/core-concepts/environment/overview/index.html). It offer sets of APIs through which the connected applications can share data and control window behavior.
