Terms and Conditions:

1. Usage Rights: The licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software
   as part of their own application or service, subject to the terms of this license and any separate
   agreement with Hoosei Limited.

2. Restrictions: The licensee may not:
   a) Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
   b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
   c) Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party.
   d) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.

3. Ownership: All right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property
   rights therein, are and will remain the exclusive property of Hoosei Limited.

4. Confidentiality: The licensee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Software and not to
   disclose the Software to any third party without the prior written consent of Hoosei Limited.

5. Termination: This license is effective until terminated. Hoosei Limited may terminate
   this license at any time if the licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the licensee
   must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

6. Warranty Disclaimer: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL HOOSEI LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES
   OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
