## mergeInterceptors() function

Adding interceptors from the spec to the front of existing ones. Duplicate entries are eliminated from the spec side.

For example:

- \[log\] + \[cache, log\] =<!-- -->&gt; \[cache, log\] - \[log\] + \[log, cache\] =<!-- -->&gt; \[log, cache\] - \[\] + \[cache, log\] =<!-- -->&gt; \[cache, log\] - \[cache, log\] + \[\] =<!-- -->&gt; \[cache, log\] - \[log\] + \[cache\] =<!-- -->&gt; \[log, cache\]
