The `<TabsProvider />` component provides the context to use `<TabList>` and `<TabPanel>` together.

The `selectedKey` property defines the selected tab in the `TabList` and provides the context for
the `TabPanel` to have the correct a11y properties.

If the `id` property is defined, the ids of the Tabs inside the TabList and the TabPanel will have
the id prefixed with the property value. Otherwise, the ids will be prefixed with a generated uuidv4
string. For example:
