## Forms a new, integrated powerhouse in the cloud-native, AI-driven networking space

Hewlett Packard Enterprise has finalized its $14 billion acquisition of Juniper
Networks, officially forming one of the industry’s most comprehensive,
cloud-native, AI-driven networking portfolios. 🌐
