# Third-Party and Authorized Use Notice

Profile Switcher is an independent, unofficial third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or maintained by Anthropic.

Anthropic, Claude, and Claude Code are names and trademarks owned by Anthropic. They are referenced in plain text only to identify compatibility with the official Claude Code command-line application. Profile Switcher does not use Anthropic logos or present itself as an Anthropic product.

## Authorized use only

Use Profile Switcher only with accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to administer. Every account and profile remains subject to the current Anthropic terms, Usage Policy, Supported Regions Policy, subscription or commercial agreement, and applicable organization policy.

Do not use Profile Switcher to:

- share login information, credentials, API keys, session tokens, or account access with another person;
- aggregate, extend, evade, or circumvent allowances, billing controls, rate limits, bans, enforcement actions, safeguards, or product restrictions;
- resell or intermediate Claude usage;
- access Claude from an unsupported region or provide access to an unauthorized person or entity;
- expose sessions, skills, prompts, outputs, or other data across people, employers, customers, or organizations without all required rights and approvals.

Separate configuration directories do not alter Anthropic authentication, billing, limits, or safeguards. Profile Switcher launches the installed, unmodified `claude` executable with the documented `CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR` environment variable. It does not proxy, intercept, modify, or automate Anthropic network requests.

Credentials remain isolated per profile and authentication is performed through Claude Code's official flow. Profile Switcher never prints, copies, moves, bundles, or deletes credentials. It does not collect analytics, telemetry, or personal data.

Before linking session or skill directories, explicitly confirm that both profile contexts have the same authorized owner and that the linked data may be disclosed in both contexts. Do not open one linked session concurrently from multiple profiles.
