This software and its associated documentation (the "SDK") are proprietary and 
confidential to Orga AI. The SDK is provided under a proprietary license agreement 
for use with the Orga AI platform.

USAGE TERMS

1. The SDK is free to use for developing mobile or web applications that integrate 
   with Orga AI's services, as described in the official documentation 
   (https://docs.orga-ai.com).

2. A valid Orga AI account and API key, along with purchased credits, are required 
   to enable SDK functionality.

3. This license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable.

RESTRICTIONS

1. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the SDK in any way.

2. Redistribution, sharing, or resale of the SDK, in whole or in part, is strictly 
   prohibited without prior written consent from Orga AI.

3. You may not use the SDK for any purpose not expressly permitted by this license 
   or the Orga AI platform documentation.

DATA PROTECTION

Use of the SDK is subject to Orga AI's Privacy Policy (https://orga-ai.com/en/privacy-policy), 
which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable 
data protection laws.

BETA STATUS

Beta versions of the SDK are subject to change, including licensing terms and APIs. 
Users will be notified of changes via the documentation site 
(https://docs.orga-ai.com).

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The SDK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, 
including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a 
particular purpose.

TERMINATION

Orga AI reserves the right to terminate this license if you violate its terms, 
including failure to use a valid API key or comply with platform terms.

GOVERNING LAW

This license is governed by the laws of Spain.
