# Create Artifacts

Read `{{adminRoot}}/docs/lightfield-crm-contract.md`, the canonical create-
artifacts command, and Codex working paths. Find the opportunity in Lightfield
before preparing artifacts. Public URLs, customer-facing sends, agreements, and
payment links require approval. Update Lightfield only after the resulting
state is evidenced; preparing a proposal does not mean it was sent.
