Swimmable SDK License Agreement

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE

This Software Development Kit ("SDK") is provided by Swimmable ("Company") to facilitate integration with the Swimmable API service. By downloading, installing, or using this SDK, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement.

GRANT OF LICENSE:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this SDK solely for the purpose of developing applications that integrate with the Swimmable API service, provided that:

1. You have a valid Swimmable API account and comply with the Swimmable Terms of Service
2. You use the SDK only in connection with the Swimmable API service
3. You do not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

RESTRICTIONS:
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the SDK
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SDK
- Use the SDK to create competing services or products
- Use the SDK in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Share your API credentials or allow unauthorized access to the Swimmable API

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
The SDK and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of Company. No title or ownership rights are transferred to you.

API USAGE:
Use of the Swimmable API through this SDK is subject to:
- Swimmable Terms of Service (https://swimmable.app/terms)
- API rate limits and usage policies
- Payment of applicable fees for API usage

TERMINATION:
This license automatically terminates if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the SDK and destroy all copies.

DISCLAIMER:
THE SDK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SDK.

GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
