Tendrock-IPC is a utility library within the Tendrock framework, serving as the IPC (Inter-Process Communication) implementation for the communication protocol section of the Minecraft Community Script Protocol. 

Tendrock-IPC provides fundamental communication capabilities between scripting environments, enabling you to communicate across different script contexts and achieve functionalities such as message sending, broadcasting, invocation, and event handling.
