2. **Established shadcn/ui Foundation**:
   - Added comprehensive Tailwind configuration with shadcn/ui color system
   - Integrated design tokens (:root CSS variables)
   - Configured custom animations (float, shimmer, fade-in, etc.)
   - Set up proper font loading (Inter, JetBrains Mono)
