## Changes

Changes were introduced in the following contracts for V4 version: VeBetterPassport.sol, PassportSignalingLogic.sol, and PassportTypes.sol.

Due to the existing patterns, we also need to deprecate the related passport contracts.

For those who are interested in tracking the changes, please focus on the 3 contracts mentioned above. And disregard the rest even if they were also renamed to V3 and moved to the deprecated file.
