How to setup an AngularJS and leaflet environment for development

## Pre requisites for automated install ##

* NodeJS
* Bower
* Python

## Install ##

* Clone GIT
* Open directory and use the following command: *bower install*

## Run ##

To run the application start the Python file named serve.py by using the following command: *python serve.py*. 
The default port is set at 8100, but can be altered in the serve.py file.
