### Fixed stdin reading issue
- **Problem**: The `Bun.stdin.stream().reader.read()` API was causing TypeErrors when prompting for editor selection
- **Solution**: Updated to use the correct `process.stdin.iterator()` API for reading user input
- **Impact**: Interactive prompts now work correctly with latest Bun versions

### Improved remove command syntax
- **Change**: `remove` is now a proper command instead of a flag
- **Before**: `branchyard --remove worktree-name`
- **After**: `branchyard remove worktree-name`
- **Benefit**: More intuitive and consistent with standard CLI patterns
