Page Header

The page header comprise of a surround and an optional component - the page menu block.

        <h1 class="title"><!-- The page title goes here --></h1>

The page header can be used multiple times on a single page however the number in the <hx> tag should be incremented to a maximim of 7 to indicate sub headings, sub-sub headings etc.
