## BUG #22: Shell Parameter Fix

### Before Fix ❌

**Evidence from Historical Tests:**

## BUG #23: Redis-First Parameter Storage

### Before Fix ❌

### NEW BUG #24: Context Injection Failure

**Issue discovered during validation:**
- `--context` parameter not injecting environment variables
- `TASK_ID`, `MODE`, `MAX_ITERATIONS` empty despite being passed
- Blocks orchestrator invocation
- Prevents E2E workflow validation

**Impact:** Cannot complete full validation of BUG #23 fix until BUG #24 fixed.

**Priority:** P0 (CRITICAL)
