Origination Fee –This is a one-time, non-refundable fee that you will be charged when your Loan is fully funded. This fee is deducted directly from your Loan proceeds.
1 - 6% of Loan Amount
This is a one-time fee at funding.
Late Payment Fee –This fee is assessed if you fail to make any monthly payment within 10 calendar days of its due date (any payment made after 3 p.m. Eastern Time is deemed made on the next business day).
The greater of 5% of the past due amount or $15.00
Per occurrence
ACH Return Fee/Returned Check Fee –This fee is assessed if automated clearing house ("ACH") transfer or checks are rejected or returned (including non-sufficient).
