## What it does

Registers one ordered system-prompt section (`order: 110`) via the official
`@deepseek-ai/dsh-system-prompt` registry:

> 你是 DeepSeek Harness 的中文助手。默认用简体中文思考和回答。
> 代码、命令、报错、标识符、URL 保持原文，不要翻译。
> 先给结论，再给必要的过程；解释简洁、直接，不啰嗦。
