A fragment is redundant if it contains only one child, or if it is the child of a html element, and is not a [keyed fragment](https://reblendjs.org/docs/fragments.html#keyed-fragments).

## Rule Options

### `allowExpressions`

When `true` single expressions in a fragment will be allowed. This is useful in
places like Typescript where `string` does not satisfy the expected return type
of `JSX.Element`. A common workaround is to wrap the variable holding a string
in a fragment and expression.
