In connection with such Annual Meeting, please note the following:
1. The Sub-Committee on Alcohol (and Membership) Intake has recommended Mr. Jackson Noel for probationary admission. As a probationary member, Mr. Noel is invited to attend the Annual Meeting, and is permitted all other regular privileges of Society membership. Per By-Law requirements, Mr. Noel shall become attain full Society membership only upon the consumption of ten or more beers at the Annual Meeting.

3. The Sub-Committee on Sartorial Expression recommends that members maintain a civil level of attire at the Annual Meeting (Jackets required; shirts optional).
