# Custom License

## Terms and Conditions

1. **Grant of License**: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "gw-popup" component.
2. **Usage Fee**:
   - $20 per application or per domain.
   - $200 for multiple uses across different applications or domains.
3. **Payment**: Payments should be made via PayPal to geewhizbang@gmail.com
4. **Contributions**: Contributions to the code are welcome.
5. **Restrictions**:
   - You may not distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the component.
   - You are allowed to modify the component for your own use but not for the purpose of distributing, sublicensing, or selling.
6. **Termination**: This license is effective until terminated. Failure to comply with any of the terms will result in automatic termination of this license.
