Excel file caching mode for performance optimization

Controls how Excel files are cached during import. This affects memory usage and performance.

Options:

• cache - Cache the entire file in memory (faster for small files)
• stream - Stream file contents without caching (better for large files)

Default: cache

Performance Guidance: Use streaming for files larger than 100MB to reduce memory footprint.
