### Fixed

- RESTful / MQTT: after a power restart, when the AVR took time to come back, the REST server returned `"This data is not available at this time."` for all endpoints and never recovered without a manual plugin restart; root cause: each retry attempt created a new Express server on the same port — the second and subsequent servers silently failed to bind (port already in use, no error handler), leaving `restFulConnected = false`, so all `update()` calls were skipped even after the device successfully reconnected; fixed by creating RestFul/MQTT instances lazily per zone on the first successful `registerZone` call and reusing them across all retry attempts via a `zoneStates` Map; the `'set'` handler is attached once via an `activeDevice` reference updated only after a successful connect; applies to MainZone, Zone2 and Zone3

### Fixed

- Volume read: percentage displayed in HomeKit was always 1% too high due to `toFixed(0)` rounding; replaced with `Math.floor`
- Volume write: setting volume from HomeKit sent a value 1 unit too low due to incorrect 0–100 → 0–98 scaling; now uses identity mapping capped at hardware max (98)
- RemoteKey media mode detection always evaluated to false due to referencing non-existent property `this.inputReference`; corrected to `this.reference` in all zone classes
- Picture brightness command sent a float value to the AVR; wrapped with `Math.round`
- Stale `this.power` reads in `stateChanged` handler caused mute and button state to be calculated against the previous power state instead of the incoming one
- `emitInfo1` in Zone 2/3: result of `this.emit(...)` was assigned to a `const` (dead assignment); replaced with a plain `if` statement
- Removed unused `XMLBuilder` and `XMLValidator` imports from `zone.js` and `denon.js`
- Removed duplicate `volumeServiceNameTv` variable in `mainzone.js`
- Typo fixes: `Inpulse generator` → `Impulse generator`, `AVR is ony` → `AVR is on`, `sonsor service` → `sensor service`
