**Valid values for type parameter:**
- `RFD`: Duplicate/delayed payment.
- `TNR`: Product/service no longer available.
- `QFL`: Customer not satisfied.
- `QNR`: Product lost/damaged.
- `EWN`: Digital download issue.
- `TAN`: Event was canceled/changed.
- `PTH`: Problem not described above.
