This is the Training and Research center. Here you may train your soldiers to be one of four
types.
- Attack Soldiers count double towards your attack strength
- Defense Soldiers count double towards your defensive strength
- Spies enable you to launch Recon and Sabotage missions
- Sentries enable you to intercept enemy Recon and Sabotage missions
- Specialists only contribute in their area of expertise (so an Attack soldier offers you no defensive protection at all, etc.)
You may also upgrade your covert skill, which serves as a multipler to
your Spy/Sentry strength.
If you increase your conscription rate, more soldiers will join your army per day.
Your Economy helps determine your income. The more developed, the more effective your labor force and the more income you will receive per turn.
Researching new technology via Technological Development is one of the most important upgrades you can do. Each time you research a new technology, all your stats (attack, defend, spy, and sentry) will increase! Initialy your Technological Multiplier is at x1, but it will increase with each upgrade.
