<p>Encodes and encrypts an account in the format specified by

However, note that, in keeping with the hash function used by Zilliqa&#39;s
core protocol, the MAC is generated using sha256 instead of keccak.</p>

encryptPrivateKey

Encodes and encrypts an account in the format specified by
