- Layout partials and helpers have been renamed: `{{content}}` -> `{{> content}}`, `{{toc}}` -> `{{> toc}}`, `{{assetsRelative}}` -> `{{asset 'path'}}`
- The default layout is now `github`, which looks a lot like Github readmes.
