# ServiceNow MCP Server

A ServiceNow MCP server for Claude AI integration, providing tools for incident management, email handling, and service requests.

## Installation

Install globally using npm:

```bash
npm install -g mcp-servicenow
```

## Usage

1. Create a `.env` file with your ServiceNow credentials:

```env
SERVICE_NOW_INSTANCE=your-instance
SERVICE_NOW_USERNAME=your-username
SERVICE_NOW_PASSWORD=your-password
```

2. Start the server:

```bash
mcp-servicenow
```

3. Configure Claude AI to use this MCP server:

```json

```

- Create incidents in ServiceNow
- Manage service requests
- Send and manage emails
