How to generate 
1. Clone mozu-node-sdk repo, stay on master with clean state (no modified files)
2. Clone Mozu.Api.Codegen repo (.Net)
3. Open GeneratorTest.cs, modify outputPath varaible on NodeGenTest() to the location of mozu-node-sdk repo
4. Run the test, wait for it to finish
5. Now you should see files modifiled/added in mozu-node-sdk repo, commit the files
6. run command 'npm version patch' to increment the patch version
7. login to npm using command 'npm login'.
8. run command 'npm publish'.
