This game is played by two human players (you and another person).
In each round, you either play as a DICTATOR or as an OBSERVER.
The dictator decides how to share - ECU (Experimental Currency).
100 ECU are equal to - USD.
The observer simply observes the decision by the dictator and payoff for both players realize accordingly.
The game is repeated - rounds, and each round roles are randomly assigned.
