This is adapted from the [less middleware](https://npmjs.org/package/less-middleware) written by [zoramite](https://npmjs.org/~zoramite)
We have removed LESS specific, replaced it with the coffee-script equivalent, removed dependance on static files, and added inline sourcemaps.
