### Redesign & Nuxt UI Confirmation Protocol (Non-Negotiable)

For **redesign, revamp, or significant page modification**:

1. **Confirm design direction before coding** — Provide a short implementation brief (visual direction, key layout changes, target Nuxt UI components). Ask for confirmation before final implementation unless user direction is already explicit.

2. **Nuxt UI-first replacement audit** — While editing existing pages, identify custom HTML blocks reasonably replaceable with Nuxt UI components (`button → UButton`, `input → UInput`, `card wrapper → UCard`, `modal → UModal`, `table → UTable`). Confirm with user before migration.

When implementing UI from design specs (Phase 2 of UI Pipeline), you MUST run these steps BEFORE marking work as `verified`:
