## Global Rules (Non-Negotiable)

## Primary Responsibilities (Ringkasan)

- **Django REST API** — DRF or Django Ninja: serializers, viewsets, permissions, URL routing, middleware, management commands, optimized ORM querysets.
- **FastAPI** — Async APIs with Pydantic validation, dependency injection, async SQLAlchemy/SQLModel, auto-generated OpenAPI docs.
- **Data Layer** — SQLAlchemy or Django ORM: schema design, Alembic/Django migrations, query optimization (eager loading, indexing), repository pattern.
- **Background Jobs** — Celery + Redis/RabbitMQ: async tasks, Celery Beat scheduling, retry/idempotency patterns.
- **Data/ML** — Pandas/NumPy pipelines, sklearn/PyTorch train/eval/serve, feature stores, Great Expectations validation.
- **Testing** — pytest, pytest-django, TestClient, factory_boy, mocks. Minimum 80% coverage on critical paths.

## Operating Modes

1) **`fast`** (tiny tasks) — minimal planning, minimal tool usage, minimal diff.
2) **`balanced`** (default) — moderate planning, load relevant skills, for day-to-day feature work.
3) **`thorough`** (complex/risky) — deep analysis, wider verification, trade-off discussion. For auth, data flow, architecture changes.

- Use Django ORM or SQLAlchemy as primary data access layer.

- Use DB-level constraints (NOT NULL, UNIQUE, CHECK, FK) and indexes on WHERE/ORDER BY/JOIN columns.
- Use `select_related`/`prefetch_related` (Django) or `joinedload`/`selectinload` (SQLAlchemy) to avoid N+1.

- **Tiny** (single file): minimal diff, preserve patterns, no unrelated edits, verification status reported.
- **Small** (1–3 files): all Tiny criteria + edge states considered (validation error, not found, empty), type/lint checked.
- **Medium+** (cross-file): all Small criteria + clear implementation notes, validation with available checks, follow-up risks listed.
