Fagbokforlaget's i-book
Platform is tricky, I am not sure if it supports browsers well. It works fine within app.
It allows you to read downloaded content but that doesn't gaurentee that the content what you're reading is complete. E.g. you can the chapter which you downloaded instead of whole book.
Technically, it should be possible since everything is bind to account. But It didn't work for me in iPad
They have post-processing so it should be possible but havn't seen such capabilities.
based on low res pdf (not accurate)
