Usage
-----

	var Piko = require('piko');
	var pv = new Piko({
        host: 'http://piko.lan',
		username: 'pvserver',
		password: 'pvwr'
    });
	pv.fetch(function( result ) {
		console.log(result);
	});

Result will look like this object:

	{
		totalEnery: 15635,
		dayEnergy: 1,

	}
