npm exposed package for https://github.com/manuelstofer/pinchzoom

All credit goes to [Manuel Stofer](https://github.com/manuelstofer)... I just needed his hard work to be exposed as a NPM module.

I have only added a `destroy` function to allow the object to clean up event bindings.
