jQuery plugin for making links dance anaglyph-style on hover

## Options
* `speed`: Refresh rate in ms
* `displacement`: Displacement in pixel units
* `color1`: One color of twitch effect -- can be any valid CSS color string
* `color2`: One color of twitch effect -- can be any valid CSS color string
