**Returns:** boolean A boolean value to make linting happy... ## Remarks Must still be hidden behind \_BUILD.DEBUG check for dead code removal. ## Example ```typescript _BUILD.DEBUG && _Debug.conditionalBlock("SOME_FLAG", () => { _Debug.assert(someCondition, "someCondition was wrong"); // ... }); ```
