Usage in another file:

```reason
ReactDOMRe.renderToElementWithId(<Page message="Hello!" />, "index");
```

In the same file, you'd do:

```reason
ReactDOMRe.renderToElementWithId(ReasonReact.element(make(~message="Hello!", [||])), "index");
```
