Covered software and licensor "Licensor" means Abhilas Biswas, or a successor authorized to license the relevant rights. "Software" means the original Retiam software supplied with this license, including its engine, compiled JavaScript, TypeScript declarations, command-line tools, Studio, project generator, Retiam-authored starter and example code, documentation, and modifications of those materials. This license covers only rights that Licensor owns or is authorized to grant. Separately licensed third-party software, fonts, font-derived data, weights, media, and other materials are excluded. Their respective licenses, including applicable commercial-use permissions, continue to govern them. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt. Inclusion of a material in the repository does not establish Licensor's ownership or permission to use it. 2. Noncommercial permission Subject to these terms, Licensor grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and redistribute the Software solely for Noncommercial Use. This permission covers the files actually supplied; it does not require Licensor to supply additional source code, development materials, or future versions. "Noncommercial Use" means use without a commercial purpose, commercial advantage, or intended direct or indirect commercial revenue.
