Scrawl-canvas v8 - Canvas test 018

Test purpose

• Create a Shape entity to act as a path
• Create a Phrase entity
• Display the Phrase entity on a canvas
• Animate the Phrase entity along the path

Firefox issue: Firefox performance on this demo test is abysmal due to the inclusion of a phrase entity (Hεljö!) which includes a shadow. Removing the shadow improves performance by ~5x.
