## `tag(name, *attributes, children)`

- **Parameters**
  - **name**: String
  - **attributes**: Object (optional)
  - **children**: Array | String
- **Returns** - HTMLElement

## Example

```javascript
import tag from 'tag';

tag('div', { id: 'content' }, 'content');

tag('div', { id: 'content' }, [tag('span', 'content')]);
