   - You must provide appropriate attribution to the original author.

   - **Commercial Use Prohibited**: You may not use this software for commercial purposes.
   - **No Derivatives**: You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on this software.
   - **No Rebranding**: You are not allowed to rebrand, resell, or redistribute this CLI tool under a different name.
   - **API Security**: Unauthorized use of API endpoints (e.g., deploy, upload) without valid login credentials is prohibited.

   - Your IP address, UUID, and email may be logged during usage for security and abuse prevention.
