# Authentication

The `@react-query-firebase/auth` package provides hooks subscribing to a authentication state and triggering
authentication requests.

## Installation

```bash
npm i --save @react-query-firebase/auth
```

## Usage

To use the hooks, export your `Auth` instance from your codebase, e.g:

```js
import { initializeApp } from 'firebase/app';
import { getAuth } from 'firebase/auth';

const firebase = initializeApp({
  ...
});

export const auth = getAuth(firebase);
```
